We Exhibit is opening a full-time position for Cultural Mediation for several National Pavilions and collateral exhibitions during the Venice Art Biennale 2026.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the exhibition space and engaging with the public, facilitating the understanding and enjoyment of the artworks on display. The role also involves Audience Research activities, collecting data through a digital questionnaire aimed at evaluating the visitors’ experience, and compiling monthly reports based on the collected feedback.

Required skills:
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational abilities, attention to detail, and flexibility

Additional Skills:
- Health and Safety Certificate (at least General Safety Training and Low Risk; Fire Safety Training; First Aid Training)
- Other languages

Location: Biennale Arsenale or other exhibition spaces in Venice
Availability: Full-time (5 days a week)
Contract type: Seasonal employment contract
Period: May 4 – November 22, 2026

Some candidates may be selected for a shorter period, specifically during the opening week of the Biennale.
