Job Description

We Exhibit is opening an internship position within the Production and Exhibit Design department.

The internship will take place during the dismantling phase of the exhibitions presented as part of the 2026 Art Biennale. It offers the opportunity to work alongside the Exhibit Design and Production team throughout the various stages of the projects, gaining in-depth experience in the design, production, and logistical aspects involved in the installation and dismantling of exhibitions and exhibition projects.

Based on the experience gained during the internship and the needs of the team, there may be an opportunity to continue the collaboration on the 2027 exhibition installation projects.

General requirements:
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of the main 3D modelling and 2D drawing software (Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent software);
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator;
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Drive;
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility and determination, with a strong aptitude for communication, dialogue, and collaboration;
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.

Additional requirements:
- Previous academic or professional experience, including internships, in exhibition design, production, or installation;
- Previous experience on construction sites or working alongside production teams;
- Familiarity with the processes and stages involved in the development and realisation of an exhibition project.

Workplace: We Exhibit headquarters (Venice) and project sites located throughout the historic centre of Venice.

Type of collaboration: 
- Curricular or extracurricular internship
- Monthly expense reimbursement based on the number of hours worked, ranging from €450 to €600
- Availability: Full-time (40 hours per week), on-site presence required

Period: October - November - December 2026 (with the possibility of extending the collaboration)
